Payment must be received by Nov. 1 or your booth will be released sold to another vendor. The only way to guarantee your reservation is to submit valid payment (checks must clear) immediately!!!

There will be no refunds for vendor fees.
Again, booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is important that you submit your reservation request and send in your payment asap! Only paid booths are guaranteed reserved.
All booths will be under tents (except trailers) outside and in front of the building (same as last year).
Vendors may set up Friday 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. and beginning Saturday at 7 a.m. We ask that you remain set-up until 7 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday. The tent will have lighting this year, but you will not have power for your booth. If you would like to bring a propane heater you are welcome, but we cannot provide power for space heaters (regulation & safety restrictions).
Tables are NOT provided — You should bring your own tables and chairs and everything else that you need.
In order to be as fair as possible to all of our vendors and prevent over-crowding, we will try to avoid having too many vendors selling the same types of items. We are asking for a flat fee/donation based on booth size, rather than a percentage of your sales.
We ask that all of our vendors participate both days (one donation… we want you to be there to increase your sales and make your products available to people who may only come one of the two days!)
Though not required, we would certainly not reject a donation of an item to our Auction or that we could use as a door prize! Attach your business card!
