We are very fortunate to be able to use this facility for our event. Please be courteous at all times, place your trash in the provided receptacles, and be respectful of the facility and grounds. Any suggestions or comments should only be made to a CWAC board member or emailed or mailed to us. Thank you for your cooperation with all of our rules and those of the facility.
Directions: From I-77, take exit 73A/Hwy 421 toward Yadkinville/Winston-Salem. Travel 2.3 miles on Hwy 421, then take exit 259/REAVIS RD. Turn right at the end of the ramp and proceed straight through the intersection with the stop sign onto Bethel Church Road. DRIVE SLOWLY – THERE ARE CURVES. Travel about 1 mile and the building will be on the right, parking on the left past the silos. As you approach, please travel slowly as there may be a line for parking and/or horses and people crossing the road.
Stalls – There will be NO parking at ANY time in the road next to the stalls. We must keep this road clear as a fire lane and also to accomodate tractors and event staff. You will need to carry feed to your horses so please make whatever arrangements you need to do so.
Contestant Parking – ALL contestants will park across the road in the field. Please be courteous to our parking volunteers at all times. There is a road under the bridge that will accomodate horses so you don’t have to cross the road. Please see the map below. (Warm-up area also noted on map)
Camping/RV parking – If you have paid for a camping site, you will be directed to your spot by Julie Putnam, our volunteer Stall/RV director. **No horses are allowed in the RV area at any time.
Vendor Parking – Dana Wise is our volunteer in charge of Vendors. Please check in with her. She will direct you to your spot if you have paid for a trailer. For vendors with booths, you will be allowed to park near the building if space allows.
Handicapped Parking – available next to the building.
Spectator Parking – will be closest to the road in the contestant field with the exception of handicapped parking, which will be next to the building.
