Organized in 2004, Cowgirls With A Cause (CWAC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization seeking to raise money for cancer detection and treatment services for those who could not otherwise afford them. CWAC hosts one major fundraising event each year, a 4D Barrel Race, Breakaway Roping, and Team Roping with beginner to open divisions. CWAC also benefits from the sale of logo apparel, auction, and donations. In 2011, CWAC also benefited from a side-pot barrel race held during Run for the Bucks in Perry, Georgia April 7-11.

Cowgirls With A Cause is always seeking sponsorship from companies and/or individuals who have an interest in helping us increase the percentage we are able to donate. In 2010, we donated 82% of all money raised by keeping our administrative costs low.
